Purpose of role: To perform tasks relevant to MEP/ project requirement and support PM in overall project delivery of a Interior fit out project. Will also able support project lead in procurement and design management tasks as necessary. Key responsibilities: Coordination all stake holders like Client, Architects, services consultant, HSSE team and all contractors Generating reports (weekly, monthly) as client requirement Design management- review and comment on design information Able to conduct site and design coordination meetings ably Follow up with vendor for day-to-day activities Preparation and tracking schedule MEP installation, Quality audits, observations, follow up and closure Delivering the project as per agreed timeline and quality within budget Testing, Commissioning, handover Technical closure, de-snagging, transition to FM Good report writing skills Communication and stakeholder management Qualifications B.E. / B. Tech - Electrical / Mechanical with 10-14 Years of work experience, Minimum 5 years of experience managing Corporate / commercial fit out projects Very important to have people skills and adept in reporting. Amicable, takes charge and leads project on coordination, adept in technical and interpersonal skills, manages a small team for delivery, design management, manage the project end to end. Additional Information Qualifications Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Diploma is acceptable with 2-5 years of experience in project management. Needs to be aware of all MEP works including, HVAC, Electrical, firefighting, FAPA, LV packages, testing and commissioning to be able to understand drawings for construction and able to track project.
