Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As the Senior Project Manager, you will manage projects, handle customer escalations, and identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved, and customer satisfaction is maintained. Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.
- Identify and address project issues and risks, and provide timely solutions to prevent project delays or failures.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Handle customer escalations and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Engaging actively with clients and handling client-escalated issues post-installation or implementation of their product needs.
- Suggest timely, effective potential solutions for the deviations or issues occurring.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Provide regular status reports to senior management and other stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities in projects, working closely with the sales and business development teams.
- Ensure project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and change requests, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to improve project management skills and competencies.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and communication.
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle escalations and complaints.
- Strong business acumen, including the ability to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
