Koita Foundation Overview:

- Koita Foundation (www.koitafoundation.org) is a not-for-profit organization founded 5 years ago by Rizwan Koita and Rekha Koita. Rizwan (LinkedIn) is the co-founder & ex-CEO of CitiusTech (www.citiustech.com), a global leader in healthcare technology and one of the Unicorns in India. Rizwan (an alumnus of IIT Bombay and MIT) is the recipient of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2013) and the recipient of the 2002 Indo-American Society\'s \'Young Achievers Award in Business\' Rekha (LinkedIn), a recipient of IIT Bombay\'s Distinguished Services Award in 2019, is a corporate trainer and specialises in business process consulting. Koita Foundation focuses on two key areas - Digital Health and NGO Transformation.

- Digital Health: KF partners with leading academic institutions, hospitals, healthcare technology companies, and NGOs to drive Digital Health adoption in India. In 2021, KF partnered with IIT Bombay, India\'s #1 academic institution, to establish the Koita Centre for Digital Health (www.kcdh.iitb.ac.in). KF is working on multiple Digital Health initiatives on a national scale e.g., working with Government of India\'s ABDM initiative (www.abdm.gov.in) on their national roll-out, working with NABH (www.nabh.co), India\'s large accreditation body for hospitals, to support their digital health initiatives, and with the National Cancer Grid (NCG) KF by jointly to establishing the Koita Centre for Digital Oncology (www.kcdo.in) with the vision to leverage Digital Health technologies to meaningfully improve cancer care in India.

- NGO Transformation: Koita Foundation works with NGOs with proven operating models and collaborates with them to scale effectively. KF helps NGOs to digitally transform their operations and use advanced data and analytics to drive organisational performance and impact, which are key success factors for sustainable growth. KF today works with over a dozen NGOs across healthcare, education, and livelihood segments.

- NHA wants to increase the adoption of ABDM in India. To that end, Koita Foundation along with other partners is piloting a new scheme which will build a collaborative ecosystem between local hospitals, EMR/ HMIS vendors and system integrators (small to mid-sized organizations with deep expertise in IT systems). KF & its partners will collaborate with NHA to create a blueprint of this scheme for national level roll-out.

- As a Senior Project Manager for a pilot of a scheme at national level, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering of the Project. You will work with a team of project managers, technical experts, consulting firms, other NGO partners and Government organisation to drive the project.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

1. Project Planning: Work with consulting firms to develop a comprehensive project plan that includes scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk assessment for the national rollout.

2. Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of project managers and technical experts, ensuring they are motivated, aligned with project objectives, and equipped to deliver their responsibilities effectively.

3. Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring that the Project requirements are clearly understood and met.

4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays.

5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

6. Schedule Adherence: Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deadlines, adjusting as necessary to ensure on-time project completion.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and change requests.

8. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders (government organisations, NGO partners, consulting firms etc.) on project progress, issues, and changes, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

9. Quality Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements and skills:

- Master\'s degree from a reputed institution

- Over 7-10 years of experience

- Experience in health/digital health is a plus.

- Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale system integration projects at a national level.

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading and developing project teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

- Proficient in project management software and tools.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Moderate level of travel as needed for project-related activities.
