About the department The Commercial & Corporate Affairs \xe2\x80\x93 Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit also supports Biopharm global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. The Novo Nordisk Corporate Strategy has established the ambition to become leaders in cardiovascular diseases as a distinct Therapy Area with in Other Serious Chronic Diseases (OSCD). The commercial CVD team is therefore ramping up efforts to ensure and make the CVD therapy area a significant growth contributor for the company for the future.
The position Responsible for leading and supporting key initiatives for the Enterprise Cardiology Strategy, lead and execute upon project plans, manage report status and progress of projects as per governance. The person will support key initiatives for commercialization including insight synthesis, market research project management and SOP execution, presentation creation, tactical support. Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is required; an Masters degree is preferred
• 5+ years in Marketing/Project Management/ Healthcare market research related experience within pharmaceutical industry
• Project management from start to finish \xe2\x80\x93 budgeting, sourcing vendor (when necessary), execution, presentation, future initiatives
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture
• Ability to translate complex topics into simple and efficient communications and develop storylines for presentations etc
• Technical skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel (VBA, pivot etc.) and MS Word is a must
• Ability to get an overview of data sets and interpret results, generate insights and recommend strategies.
