ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• :
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
• Manage stakeholders (internal and client)
• Plan and designate project resources
• Monitor project progress & provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed as per expected outcomes
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science
• At least 5 years of project management and related experience
• Should have strong experience of working on agile methodology
• Should play a role of scrum of scrum Project Management Professional
• (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Strong interpersonal skills
• Should have proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Should have been involved in team growth, appraisal
