Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. The Applications Consulting practice of Oracle GSC is looking to further strengthen its Cloud transformation journey by adding a strong project manager to the team. This multi-faceted role involves managing applications implementation projects for Oracle Cloud SCM, contribution to bids and proposals and contribution to practice development The KPIs would broadly cover project success, individual utilisation, adopting consulting IPs, contribution to order booking and contribution to practice development The ideal candidate would have at least 17-20 years of work experience in the IT industry with a good experience and exposure to delivery of IT services. We look for an BE/MBA/MCA/CA who is passionate about delivery of IT services and looks to work with customers in challenging yet exciting and dynamic transformation projects. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a highly motivated and self driven individual, who pursues excellence. Qualifications:

• 17-20 years of experience relevant to this position in ERP, SCM application implementations, preferably in Oracle Ecosystem
• At least 5 years in managing end to end implementation projects including customer facing roles, including two complex projects (By size, technology, requirements etc)
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Good experience in managing project across all phases inception to closure
• Experience talking to customer key users, senior executives, appreciating business needs and nuances, project situations. Ability to balance conflicting needs and drive the project successfully forward.
