Role : Transition Manager

Location : Bangalore

Who are we looking for?

Conceptualizing, Designing and Managing large transition programs for clients across geographies and industries to take over IT services from incumbents and driving large knowledge management programs for external and internal clients.

Technical Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Leading multiple complex Transitions simultaneously which include Applications, IT Services, vendors engagement and third-party contracts management, working with hostile incumbent to take over services as planned with zero impact to business.

\xef\x82\xb7 Delivery of Transition responsibilities to time, cost and quality, accountable for full transition project up, aligned with internal (management) and external (client) needs, defining project approach, scope, milestones, success criteria, deliverables, risks, contingencies and allocating appropriate resource requirements ensuring that quality assurance activities are embedded

\xef\x82\xb7 Contributes to Transition solution for the proposal development (from client request through to final issue and potentially subsequent project delivery) - Influence and shape transition solutions, working with bid team, solution analysts and architects

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that appropriate transition lifecycle resourcing, training, tooling, support and documentation is delivered with a formal project sign-off from all key stakeholders.

Process Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for pro-active transition issue resolution and process improvement.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure new Services have a fully developed end to end support structure, including Processes, SLAs and KPIs commensurate with client business requirements and priorities.

\xef\x82\xb7 Define and deliver the end to end transition communication model with all key stakeholders across multiple delivery organizations.

\xef\x82\xb7 Manage processes and changes to transition program, e.g. expansion, reduction, change of supplier, acquisition or disposal of sections of user base or suppliers, change of requirements or skills availability during the transition execution.

Candidate must be confident, and able to communicate with people at all levels in various industries. They must be responsible, knowledgeable, convincing and able to adapt to change.
