About the Department

Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan towards 2020. The Business plan has three parts; Robust, Ready, Effective and Supply Chain Global Business Services (GBS) is part of the last one focusing business through offshoring. The unit is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) in Head Quarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk. The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form and other areas within Product Supply can soon join or add to the Catalogue to optimise costs and reduce complexity by operating an effective supply chain.

The Position

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for that demonstrates the variety of roles that the organisation expects the position to fulfil and handling deviation, SOP Writing, Business Oversight.

  • To provide SOP writing support services to various Business Areas in Novo Nordisk. Perform writing/update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) including planning and preparation.
  • Support to knowledge management and good collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Handling deviations to execute transport incidents process and handle Claim process.
  • Business Oversight.
  • Support to management regarding deviation management, reporting and escalation.
Qualifications
  • Relevant education/background within shipping/export OR Other education within languages, export, supply chain or similar.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a global corporate company.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in experience in preparing SOPs and thorough knowledge in technical writing, proof reading other\'s documents and editing in plain language.
  • Highly proficient with the following software applications/tools.
a) MS Word 2010

b) PowerPoint, Visio, Excel
  • Experience or knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience working with different cultures and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal relationship.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Preferably experience with SAP.
  • Structured mind-set with an eye for the details.
  • Being responsible and reliable.
  • Pro-activeness, self-motivated and team player.
  • Being skilled and innovative.
  • Key ability in analyses business problems/challenges and to suggest solution scenarios to address them.
  • Ability to deal with tight deadlines and avoid stressful situations.
  • Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously without losing sight.
