Job Title: Senior Professional Alteryx - Supply Chain
About the department:
Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan towards 2020. The Business plan has three parts; Robust, Ready, Effective and Supply Chain Global Service Centre (GSC) is part of the last one focusing business through offshoring. The unit is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) in Head Quarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk. The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form and other areas within Product Supply can soon join or add to the Catalogue to optimise costs and reduce complexity by operating an effective supply chain
Location : Bangalore
The position
As a Senior Professional you will be responsible for providing end to end reporting within the supply chain, optimizing reporting of KPIs and data, together with providing adhoc analytical support to enable key decision within supply chain.
You will take part in offshoring processes, transferring current reporting tasks on weekly/monthly/ad hoc basis from head quarter. This will require you to follow the processes for maintaining master data, documenting processes and communicating with planners on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for supporting the Head Quarters with adhoc tasks linked to various supply chain processes and analysis. Developing a temporary reporting standard to monitor the supply situation or establishing an analysis which can run when asked.
In collaboration with the HQ team, you will be supporting the projects related to future use of analytics. Enabling projects related tasks such as looking into predictive analytics, network optimisations and simulations supporting.
In addition to the above, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the KPIs in Alteryx and Tableau. Further adhering to the Active Data Archive (ADA) guideline and Business Intelligence (BI) deployment model. Furthermore you will ensure efficient update of KPIs through automation and efficient handover.
This position requires you to be highly self-motivated, proactive, organised and have excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience

• You would preferably need to hold a Master (minimum Bachelor) within finance, supply chain management, logistics from a well-recognised institute
• 2+ years of experience within Business Analytics would be preferable within Supply Chain and/or pharma.
• You should have the ability to analyse and process the data
• You need to be an experienced user of Alteryx OR Tableau/ SQL
