We are seeking an emerging product marketing expert who craves to be part of a great company in a large, fast-growing market segment ($45B TAM). The Sr. PMM will drive a cross-enterprise positioning and messaging effort for one of the newest and fastest growing solutions within ServiceNow - hyperautomation solutions. The individual will be able to drive a solution selling-based GTM strategy, collaborating closely with other product marketers, product management, campaign leaders, and sales. You should have an understanding of how to read software markets, as well as an understanding of core PMM skills. This includes the concept of value selling, experience with sales enablement, campaign content creation, and program tracking. The successful candidate is a strong individual contributor with the skills to enhance and support the team around them. What you get to do in this role: Work with fun and talented people that grow your career and personal well-being Drive a new and fast-growing GTM vector for ServiceNow that spans our business Work with customers, product, campaigns, sales, marketing, and partner teams to execute high-impact and collaborative marketing programs Drive positioning and messaging, GTM programs, and content for Automation, Integration, and AI to support the long-term growth of Creator Workflows Collaborate with product management, solution sales, solution consulting, and across marketing to deliver differentiated and engaging marketing content and influence appropriate inclusion across campaigns inside and outside of the BU Support content needs for sales plays, conferences, product launches, etc. Participate in social marketing and blogging activities to drive awareness Build and optimize ServiceNow hyperautomation web presence and digital pipeline Drive internal alignment with extended product marketing teams and industry marketing. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 8+ years of product/solution marketing experience Ideally, experienced in marketing for App Dev Platforms, Cloud, Integration, BPM/Process automation or AI/ML (but not required) Very strong written and oral communication skills Excellent people skills to interact with peers, colleagues, customers and cross-functional teams, and third parties FD21 For positions in Colorado, we offer a base pay of $134,190 - $234,810, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
