Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive category and market leadership through development and implementation of marketing strategy, course, functions, and operations.
• Oversee design and coordination of all marketing, advertising, and PR campaigns, utilizing market research and competitor analysis to define market strategy and inform decision-making to support the company's overall strategies and objectives.
• Partner with Product teams to build business plans, positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and Go-To-Market strategy for new products, to launch them into the market with a full suite of market-facing and sales enablement content.
• Drive SmarTek21 Product's brand thought leadership and awareness among key audiences and extend our leadership position in key analyst reports.
• Lead innovation and advancement of SmarTek21 Product's digital, social, content and Web marketing strategies
• Lead websites of ST21 and its product offerings
• Mentor and manage team members.

• Proven experience as a senior Product Marketing Manager or similar industry role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Data and results-driven
• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
• Understanding of SaaS business applications as relevant to data management, integration and conversational AI solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with both creative and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to craft and articulate value propositions tailored to varying industry and customer needs
• People-focused leader with provided ability to build creative, collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to overall high-growth business objectives.
• Ability to engage and influence people cross-functionally across teams
• Tech (Software) background - ability to communicate technology and relate to business solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, MBA preferred.
