Product Manager / Sr Product Manager Entytle is hiring a Product Manager with a rich experience in taking SaaS-based B2B products and platforms to market and successful monetisation. Entytle is a fast growing SaaS company that helps modernize and manage installed bases. Entytle is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded hands-on product leader. You will be a senior member of the leadership team and drive the product portfolio. Job Location: Pune (India) Outcomes: B2B SaaS products/platform releases/monetisation Own the platform, products and services GTM Shaping the direction and vision of a company\'s product roadmap. Aware of the latest industry trends Oversee Product development Provide product management leadership Be a valuable contributor to the leadership team, work with engineering, customer success and other teams to outline growth and product needs to be successful, and collaborate with other teams to achieve success Key Responsibilities: Product vision and strategy Product roadmaps and release management Interfacing with customers Team leadership Cross-functional collaboration Executive communication Lead the team by empathizing the pain points and removing impediments to perform and deliver on commitments. Mentor the team by identifying gaps and opportunities for growth and upskill in the teams. Maintain the regular cadence of releases and deliveries Actively participate in communities and incorporate best practices Participate in key meetings with external and internal stakeholders Competencies: Strong leadership - clear goal setting, and managing outcomes.
