Role Description As a Product /Senior Product Manager - Dermatology divisio n, the role demands strategic intervention to manage brands through different life cycles. Identifying Gaps through market research, product research, competition analysis and identify future growth lever. Responsibilities: Candidate should have 3 to 7 Yrs. of experience into Brand Management Plan of pharma Product - Derma. Proficient in Analyzing internal and external data, in performing primary and secondary research, Formulating Brand Objectives & Brand Strategies Brand Performance - Growth, Market Share as per the objectives defined. Analyzing the brands performance through internal and external data, identifying issues, validating the strategies, course correction if required. Budgeting and Sales Forecasting, Successful new product launch, preparing launch Calendar, Coordinating with the Business Development team/R & D/Medical/ Packaging/Production Planning/Legal - Brand Registration/Distribution/ Training. Follow up post launch - monitoring prescribers, Rx, secondary sales, and availability. Driving implementation along with effective feedback mechanism, effectively demonstrate in meetings/field work the right way to communicate the campaign to the customers, Qualifications B Pharma + MBA with 3-7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product management - dermatology, always be preferred. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Team Player, Influencer, effective communicator, Good at planning & organizing, & must shoulder divisional responsibilities as & when required.
