You will have primary responsibility for the strategy and roadmap for the suite of capabilities that comprise the ByAllAccounts aggregation platform and associated APIs. You will work in close partnership with leaders across our Product, Design, Engineering, Support, Sales and Marketing teams to review and refine the platform strategy to optimize platform capabilities across the various customer segments we serve.

You will work in close collaboration with Engineers and Architects to drive delivery of critical platform capabilities that enable flexibility, scalability and extensibility. You will be responsible for designing platform capabilities that balance the requirements of long-term design with near-term delivery pressure

This is a highly visible role. You will build strong relationships with our customers to understand current and emerging challenges. You will make the case to leadership to invest in new opportunities. You will create feedback loops with Go-to-Market teams that lead to continuous iteration and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep technology background, with years of hands-on technical product management experience with strong platform thinking. You must be passionate about solving hard technical problems at scale and must have an ability to collaborate with many teams and stakeholders. This role will partner with stakeholders across the enterprise in executing tech platform consolidation, convergence and reengineering.

Responsibilities:

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap, goals and metrics for the aggregation platform and APIs
• Work across multiple product teams, app teams, and business teams to help craft medium to long term strategies for the aggregation platform
• Work closely with engineering partners to devise strategies and development plans to build out a performant, scalable platform
• Support the development of customer-facing features by driving alignment and understanding with relevant Product partner teams
• Be the first point of contact for Platform requests, dependencies and documentation
• Represent your subject area expertise during reviews with executives and partner with program management to ensure regular communications, updates and follow-ups

Skillset and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/ Science or related field (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years experience in SaaS Platform Product Management
• Experience shipping and leading developer-facing products
• Ability to work across multiple product teams, app teams, and business teams to help craft medium to long term strategies for the aggregation platform
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to work closely with engineering partners
• Experience leading teams
• Experience defining strategy and leading concurrent product initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate leaders and organizations to achieve desired business outcomes
• Experience in financial services and/or data aggregation preferred
• Experience with Open Banking/Open Finance preferred
