What we\'re looking for: We are looking for an innovative customer centric Sr Product Manager responsible for the roadmap and delivery of features/optimisations for our KYC orchestrator globally. You are comfortable working with a cross functional team focused at identifying innovative solutions to scale the Business rule engine & KYC orchestrator without compromising customer experience. As a Senior Product Manager you\'ll be: Defining 12 months, 6 months and quarterly roadmap based on the overall strategy in the area Leading the research, discovery, development and launch of new product/features or optimisations Producing high-quality product requirements and effectively prioritising and managing the scope of each sprint to deliver business value incrementally Leading the sprint planning and delivery Including acceptance testing Providing recommendations based on in-depth data analysis and clearly outline its impact on key product metrics. Collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and other cross functional teams to build & optimise the KYC orchestrator while scaling it globally Managing the operational relationship with third parties, constantly monitoring their performance in partnership with Ops Managers Improving product documentation What makes you a great fit: You have a deep understanding of managing technical products with a background in data You\'ve shipped market-leading products in a fast-growing product-focused company before as a Product Manager or Product Lead (products where the customer is retail or small business - as opposed to internal-facing tools) You\'re organized, pragmatic and capable of leading cross functional teams or managing large scale enterprise products. You have technical knowledge and experience with API-based products You have experience with data-driven segmentation, targeting a/b testing and BI tools You\'re a self-starter who can work comfortably in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch with minimal guidance. You have significant experience working with varied stakeholders Familiarity with KYC or Fintech is a plus What you\'ll get in return: Make work, work for you!
