You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world\'s information. We\'re responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. Job Requirements As the product leader owning Authentication, authorization, and access management you will define and evolve our end-to-end Auth vision, strategy, and execution by leading a core team of engineers and designers to build amazing products for our expansive customer base. We\'re looking for someone who can partner and collaborate across various internal teams, has a deep understanding of our customers and technology, and deliver security features to keep our products safe from malicious access. What You\'ll Do . Own the access management product roadmap, focusing on enabling customers\' needs and support new businesses. . Evangelize a zero-trust first approach within NetApp so that new features are built with this in mind. . Work with customers and partners to derive and drive requirements to meet our long-term vision . Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow NetApp to build an ecosystem of secure products What You Need . A minimum of 10 years of experience is required. . A Bachelor of Arts of Science Degree is required or equivalent experience. . Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects. . Experience building technical products from ideation to launch . Deep understanding and passion for IAM, zero trust, authorization and authentication. . Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams of engineers towards a common goal . Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs, leveraging large datasets to make data-driven product decisions, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams .
