Join our Identity Management team as an Senior Associate - Identity and Access Management (IAM) and assist us with business analysis activities for the design, definition, and implementation of refined IAM controls across Macquarie Asset Management, including onboarding of prioritised applications to our IAM governance platform (SailPoint IIQ) while growing your career in a supportive and inclusive environment. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating periodic user access reviews of internal and external systems used by the Group and maintain appropriate documentations. You will be also responsible for maintaining application inventories which list all business applications owned, or in use by, the group and coordinating user access (profile) and application reviews. You will be assisting in the ongoing support of compliance protocols and other related Group access management policies. You will be also responsible for developing and maintaining user access management standard operation procedures, partnering with the Technology Production Support team regarding the operating procedures for access controls, request, provisioning, reporting, and auditing. You will also be working with various business teams and support staff globally assessing new applications and business initiatives, coordinating with support areas to ensure all applications are included in the User Access Management plan. To be successful in this role, you will have 2-4 years' experience preferably with a financial institution. You will have experience working with tight deadlines in a high paced environment along with strong process documentation skills. You will have working knowledge in the financial services and shared services operating models and have the willingness and flexibility to work in different time zones to support our global team.
