Learn more about Unisys and our key solution offerings: Unisys , Stealth\xe2\x84\xa2 , CloudForte\xc2\xae , InteliServe\xe2\x84\xa2 What success looks like in this role: The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect will play a central role in safeguarding Unisys digital assets, focusing on the design, implementation, and oversight of advanced IAM solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on, practical responsibilities, including the development and maturation of SSO and MFA strategy with applicable systems, conducting rigorous security application reviews, and enhancing IAM policies in collaboration with various business units. The IAM Architect will be responsible for compliance reporting, ensuring Unisys adherence to the highest standards of authentication and access controls across multiple environments. This role will work across both on-prem and cloud environments, and is responsible for the identification, tracking, and management of enterprise risks in these environments as it pertains to identity and access. This includes performing risk assessments and measuring the success and effectiveness of mitigation efforts. Collaboration across business units and effective communication of cloud security policies and procedures will be critical. Candidates for this role should have a strong background in cloud management and understand networking between on-prem and cloud environments.

• IAM Strategy and Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of robust and secure IAM solutions, focusing on SSO and MFA authentication, ensuring smooth integration with Unisys existing and future applications.
• Security Application Reviews: Regularly conduct security application reviews, ensuring that all new developments within Unisys adhere to the highest standards of authentication and access controls.
• Policy Development and Enhancement: Collaborate with various business units to improve IAM policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and comprehensive approach to access management across the organization.
• IAM Compliance Reporting: Generate detailed and insightful reports on IAM-related compliance, providing leadership with a clear view of Unisys current posture and areas of improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Corporate IT and development teams, ensuring that all new software and applications incorporate robust IAM controls from the design phase through to implementation.
• Audits and Assessments: Conduct routine internal audits of cloud environments, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices, with a focus on identity and access controls.
• Risk Management: Lead the identification, tracking, and management of enterprise risks associated with access and identity, especially in cloud environments. Implement mitigation strategies and measure their effectiveness.
• Cloud Security: Implement and maintain a broad range of security technologies and processes to support the organization\xe2\x80\x99s cloud-based applications, services, and infrastructure. Understand how to work with managed security services for the top cloud providers. Provide expertise and support to business teams regarding best practices for cloud security, including assistance with cloud audits.
• Serves as an escalation point for technical issues around security tooling and the Unisys SOC team.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar, or the equivalent hands-on experience combined with training and certifications.
• In-depth understanding of IAM solutions, especially involving SSO authentication.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, operations, and security controls.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, and endpoint protection.
• Relevant certifications in AWS or Azure, such as AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft Azure Security Operations Analyst Associate, or Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate, are a plus.

Prior work experience should include:

• Minimum 8 years of combined experience between IAM solution design, security operations, and cloud engineering.
• Proven experience of implementing and managing SSO.
• Proven experience in handling security incidents related to access breaches or misconfiguration.
• Have conducted cloud security audits, compliance assessments, and creating recommendations for improving security posture, especially relating to identity management systems.
• Engineering experience with cloud identity management systems, preferably with AWS IAM or Azure AD.
• Demonstrated deep subject matter expertise in any cybersecurity product, preferably involving IAM.
