Azure Core team at IDC (India Development Center) delivers mission-critical infrastructure and management capabilities to customers across the globe which cut across Compute, Storage, Networking and Management. As enterprises look to reap benefits of Azure such as on-demand scalability, cost savings and minimal operational overhead to focus on their business and innovation, Migration and Modernization team delivers variety of tools to discover, assess, migrate, and modernize infrastructure and applications running in customer\xe2\x80\x99s on-premises or other cloud environments over to Azure. Providing the best-in-class migration and application modernization self-serve experiences is the focus for this team.

• Defines product vision and strategy, leveraging deep understanding of the customer experience and competitive market.
• Building consensus on product strategy/vison across all functions and aligns with internal/external partners to achieve defined goals and vision for product/ service feature area(s)
• Identifying short-and long-term investment opportunities, evaluating tradeoffs, and driving the product roadmap.
• Defines the feature set and iterates with multiple designs with Design and Engineering.
• Engaging customers to capture feedback, develop insights, evangelize, and educate
• Works across all stages of product lifecycle from product definition, planning, release, modifications, maintenance, and feature deprecation.

• Bachelor\'s (or higher) degree in Engineering. (Advanced technical degree or MBA a plus)
• 10-12 years of professional product management and/or software development experience (cloud experience is a plus)
• Understanding of application development, stacks is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with remote teams.
• Strong aptitude for data driven decision-making.
• Strong focus on delivering end to end customer value.
• Demonstrated leadership and exceptional cross-team skills.
