Homeowners wrestle with huge fees and uncertain processes when they want to sell. Renters struggle to find high-quality homes and often deal with unsympathetic landlords. Financial institutions can\'t invest large pools of money into the sector without hiring an army of disparate third parties. And to complicate matters further, building new homes churns out gigatons of carbon, all whilst we face a housing crisis and a global climate emergency.

The Team

Platform Team is the backbone of the Organisation taking care of standardising Applications, processes and Data Management across the board. We work on all new application requirements and decide to go for a build / buy approach.Followed by Onboarding and training for app products. We also manage the Data model and make sure all applications are working in sync with each other. \

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines to monitor and track project progress
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the execution of projects
• Work with the data and engineering teams to plan, design and deliver solutions
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Comfortable in exploring and analyzing data and undertaking quantitative analysis. Identify potential gaps in the data and define functional requirements
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Proven experience in building data products and solutions
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong working knowledge of project management software tools
• Exposure in working with external partners and data providers
• Strong experience in software design and development principles
• Experience in using webhooks and API, and exposure to working with data pipelines with Solid knowledge of SQL and RDBMS
• Handled one or more product backlogs, and product managed conceptualising to iterating on solutions till desired KPIs were achieved
• Work independently and interdependently and drive product development while displaying strong stakeholder management & analytical skills to deliver on the product vision
