Designation: Senior Product Manager (Sr Product Mgr_D&AI; - DM&G,Adj Biz, COE&Corp; - COE & Corp)

Position description:

Your Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product

Managing the Customer discovery, customer validation, customer creation and company building lifecycle (MVP, Product-market fit and scale)

As Product Owner, manage execution for a specific product from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.

Take lead of scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project

Actively collaborate with technical teams, invite them for user-research, remove bottlenecks

Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals

Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends

Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements

Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development

Developing user stories

Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process

Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates

Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

Share wins and accolades with technical colleagues. Put your team and your technical colleagues before you, for recognition.

Experience & Qualifications

Overall, 7-10 years of experience, Bachelor's degree in engineering or MBA/MBA from a premium institute

At least 5+ years of experience in Product Owner or Product Manager role preferably working knowledge of HCM platforms such as Workday, Sucessfactors, ADP, Oracle HCM etc.

Completed certification or a diploma program in Digital product management/Digital Transformation. Excellent knowledge of user-centred design thinking principles, Ability to work with large cross-functional teams, Understanding of design quality standards

Experience in building customer/employee facing digital ecosystem. Front end Apps (like web, native mobile apps, PWA), content management systems (like Sitecore, Drupal), web analytics (like GA360), SEO, personalization, search, automation platforms.

Understanding of Employee lifecycle, understanding of products pertaining talent management in automobile/retail ecosystem, both offline channels and digital channels

In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology

Working knowledge of product development architecture

Ability to prioritize effectively

Working experience with software product development collaboration tools like JIRA, confluence, MS planner, trello, Asana. Experience with user research tools and user-testing tools

Working understanding of design of experiments (DOE), ability to mine data with SQL/python, generate insights with BI tools is a plus
