Senior Product Manager for Helios SaaS (Bengaluru)

At Cohesity, product management plays a central role in driving product development byworking in close collaboration with our engineering and go-to-market teams. Our team worksacross all levels of the organization; engaging with executive collaborators, directly withcustomers across the globe, and interacting heavily with our user experience team.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team to help craft ourHelios product strategy and roadmap. We are looking for someone who, like us, cares deeplyabout understanding our customers' needs and takes pride in building awesome products builtfrom the ground up for protecting and managing customer data.

As A Senior Product Manager Responsible For Helios, You Will:

• Lead the formulation and execution of our Helios SaaS control plane and on-premisecontrol plane roadmap by working closely with our Design and Engineering teams.
• Be the strongest advocate for common frameworks, microservices, and global controlsto ensure interoperability across our data management services and seamlessoperations across hybrid deployments.
• You will hold the vision and rally the team around our global data management features,user experience across services, cloud and on-premise compliance and security controls(e.g. SOC II, HIPAA, PCI), and standardization of software development life cycle perindustry standards (red team, table top activities, CVE scans).
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize inputs from our customers, prospects, partners, analystsand synthesize them into a clear and justifiable business opportunity and set of productrequirements to drive the development of the product vision.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and communicate them via succinctwritten descriptions and have real customer data to help engineering define featuredetails. Work closely with the engineering team to formally review product functionalCohesity - Confidential & Proprietary

specifications prior to development, work with the UX design teams, provide feedback onearly engineer releases and feature implementations.

• Partner with development, QA, support & marketing to ensure that product meetsrequirements and stays within schedule.
• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and release plans, taking into accountbusiness/product priorities and trade-offs.
• Follow the agile methodology to execute on projects and participate in sprint meetings.
• Execute beta programs with customers to get product or feature feedback.
• Work closely with sales and customers to get product feedback that will shape the futureof your product.
• Enable the sales and technical sales teams so that they can successfully sell theproduct.
• Ensure the voice of the customer is present as we continuously evaluate our roadmap.

You Will Be Partnering Closely With:

• PM leadership to iterate and execute on the long-term direction and strategy for yourproducts.
• Other Product Managers who are passionate about both moving quickly and beingcustomer-centric.
• Our talented and growing Go-to-Market team, including our Marketing, CustomerSupport, and Sales teams.
• User Experience team to shape the customer experience as well as debate the art of thepossible with our products and how we best support our customer's journey.
• An industry-leading engineering team to assess backlogs and build roadmaps.

What Valuable Experience and Skills Will You Bring To The Table:

• You have 6+ years of product management experience in a technology companypreferably enterprise B2B driving Manageability and User Experience on SaaS.
• You have a good understanding of product controls in one or more of the followingareas: Search, data lifecycle management, security controls, reporting, health andalerting, and workflow transparency and visualization.
• You have familiarity with SaaS and on-premise solutions, can work in a lean and agilefashion, can deal with ambiguity, and have a passion to drive innovation for seamlesscustomer experience.
• You are a self-starter who can work independently, effectively and can leadcross-functional teams.Cohesity - Confidential & Proprietary 2
• Ability to influence and negotiate across all levels of the organization through strongworking relationships.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build product cost models and forecasts,perform product and market comparisons.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing prioritiesand solve complex problems with available resources.
