Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements
• Interact with customers, internal stakeholders across all business units/functional groups to understand pain points and collect requirements
• Define success criteria for roadmap items and demonstrate measurable impact on those success metrics
• Manage product relationships with executive leaders, project stakeholders, and multiple business and technical teams
• Communicate frequently and clearly with internal/external teams
• Ruthlessly prioritize features and work across teams to deliver value for the target customer

Additional Tasks Include:

• Act as a primary point of contact to drive product direction with customers and key stakeholders
• Be involved throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle
• Evangelize products throughout the company and across varying levels of the organization

Job Requirements

• Broad technical breadth and depth including familiarity with technology, web services, and back-end application infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations and drive actions
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
• System thinking, engineering rigour, technical acumen(schemas, functional specs, others), storytelling and story mapping
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum teams and software development lifecycle process
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of related experience
• Exceptional product management, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, ensure quality and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for problem-solving and design-thinking mindset.
• Strong analytical skills paired with data-informed decision-making

Job Requirements
