Job Details We\'re looking for exceptional candidates to join the Alliances & Channels Team to help Partners within the Salesforce ecosystem to be successful with their customer implementations. Customer Success begins with a successful implementation and Partner Success. This role helps to ensure Partners and customers are set up for success in long term. The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for assisting our partners during the implementations by reviewing the partner projects on a regular frequency, provide project governance oversight, reviewing project deliverables, coordinate in escalation resolution and helping to reduce/resolve issues. This will be done both on a proactive (Cadence) and on a reactive basis (Red Accounts) Partner Success Manager will be working closely with the A&C team and with our colleagues from Sales (AE), Solution Engineering (SE), Customer Success Group (CSG), The Services team, Product teams, and Partner support teams to support the Partners. The role demands creating, rolling out and establishment of standard project management methods, processes, templates, and best practices across our partners for repeatable and reproducible project executions and project management. This may require running/Coordinating enablement programs for the partner teams (\'Implement like Salesforce\') Recording, Reporting and Publishing of Reports and Dashboards to stakeholders is also expected from the PSM. This role will be office and/or remote based with emphasis on in person collaboration with partner teams and remote virtual meetings. 25% travel required. Proactive project Cadence Red Account/Escalation management Project Management Methodologies & Best Practices Enablement Key Activities & Responsibilities Collaborate with Partners to provide best practices, strategic guidance and to review key deliverables for the Proposal and Implementation Phase of Salesforce solutions to maximize customer success. (Approach, Architecture, 3rd Party integrations, Staffing plans, Governance setup etc.) Be able to coordinate optimally, lead, and communicate to an assigned portfolio of partners, including but not limited to scheduling / running recurring check-in calls of an agreed-upon frequency with a partner, handling key designed partner contacts, and ensuring partners are aware of and follow our published processes. Support and focus on high-risk implementations of Emerging Products, Certifications gaps, partner skill gaps and/or Industry/Sector experience. Lead effectively, respond to critical partner concerns, and provide recurring updates quickly until issues are resolved. Proactively mitigate and manage Red Accounts and escalations for assigned Partner projects; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives Manage multiple projects and Partners simultaneously Maintain oversight of all partner project activities by keeping track and reporting on project risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and progress and follow up and report on agreed actions with all stakeholders Organize and participate in periodic project cadence with partner delivery teams Identify gaps and enhancements needed on best practices and help to author and coordinate project governance content creation Completing any tasks assigned by the Manager in an efficient and timely manner. Communicate with partner organizations project managers about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients Create digital SOPs, and manuals Use comprehensive understanding of Salesforce platform to help partners achieve their business goals and outcomes by providing timely, proactive recommendations that will benefit partners\' ongoing investment in Salesforce Provide timely account or issue executive-level summary status reports both internally and to the partner. Participate in issues and advocate for partners during the triage and resolution of high severity cases, driving business reliability and partner/customer satisfaction. Contribute and collaborate internally to the Salesforce team, share knowledge and best practices with team members, contribute to internal projects and initiatives and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific technical, industry, or process areas. Contribute to the Continuous Improvement Cycle and Review to shape Partner/Customer Success Experience/Skills Required India Projects: 5+ years scoping, sizing, leading, and managing project implementation teams for enterprise-level, complex CRM projects, preferably in SFDC solutions (3 years or more) Global G6 Projects: 7-10+ years scoping, sizing, leading, and managing project implementation teams for enterprise-level, complex CRM projects, preferably in SFDC solutions (5 years or more) Experience and technical understanding of one or more Salesforce products/platforms (Core Clouds, Salesforce for Industries, Cross Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, CDP)- highly recommended Solid understanding of the software development processed and software design methodologies (SDLC/Agile/SCRUM/Waterfall) (coding experience is not required but useful). Salesforce certifications in at least the Core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MC). Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with demonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders A strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated sense of acting with urgency. A strong desire to be helpful to our Partners Team player who has a collaborative and consultative work style and the ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment Strong diplomacy skills as required to interface with Partners and internal stakeholders within Salesforce. Proficiency in Office solutions (MS, Google) especially on Excel/Google sheet and project management software. Highly organized and able to multitask and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to review key Partner deliverables such as proposals, staffing plans, architectural recommendations Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role.
