Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-Implementation Manager

In this role you will be responsible for simplifying complex IT Systems solutions for customers in all industries, understanding how to structure a process capture and process improvement initiative and how to facilitate the client through a pragmatic decision-making process.

Responsibilities

As a Implementation Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Lead implementation projects and be completely accountable for all aspects.
  • Develop and review the project plan, milestones, and delivery.
  • Lead solution discussion for Solution architect
  • Interact with project stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Preparation of Functional requirement document and closure with all stakeholders
  • Ensure application documentation is as per standard
  • Suggest improvements in system development
  • Guide technical leads and developers
  • Team handling and issue resolution
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits from the existing (as-is) and proposed (to-be) solutions and outlining their impact on business.
  • Being involved in implementation, training and testing of the solutions
  • Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
  • Building relationships with customers at ground level and mid management level, to help manage the account, with support from the Program/Implementation Manager/Lead.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
  • Experience in Operational excellence related projects.
  • Experience in complicated software projects.
  • Relevant experience in the F&A domain
  • Project Management knowledge including working on tools like MS projects etc.
  • Must have strong domain and operations experience in OTC domain
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Working knowledge of ERPs like Oracle, SAP
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for Executive level communication and reporting
