Our client is a provider of financial and technical assistance to individual countries around the globe. Work time: 2nd shift [2:00 pm -10.30 pm) IST Responsibilities: The Global Payroll System is seeking a qualified contractor for the Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) to work on several critical enhancements and applications. These enhancements are essential for the continued improvement and efficiency of our payroll system. The selected contractor will play a pivotal role in executing these projects. Scope: 1. Technical documentation and design 2. Coding in PeopleSoft and SQR 3. Database changes and configuration 4. Conduct thorough Unit Testing on all system changes 5. Support User Acceptance Test a. RFP BCP File with ISO Changes: Implement ISO changes embedded in the RFP BCP file. b. Severance Automation: Develop an automated system for handling severance processes. c. Dashboard Automation: Create an Off-cycle Dashboard and automate other existing dashboards for increased efficiency. d. Maker Checker Functionality: Introduce maker-checker functionality on the \'Maintain Staff Bank Account\' panel for enhanced security and accuracy. e. Transaction Handling in myhrss/Services Now/eservices: Expand the functionality of myhrss/Services Now/eservices to accommodate all transactions processed through emails. f. GPP FX Analysis Automation: Automate the Foreign Exchange (FX) analysis process within the Global Payroll System. g. Direct Deposit Submission Documentation Screening: Implement a screening system for supporting documentation submitted for direct deposit. h. BCP Recovery Dashboard: Create a dashboard for Business Continuity Planning (BCP) recovery purposes. Mandatory Skills Description: 6-9 years of PeopleSoft Technical Experience Strong experience with PeopleCode, App Engine, App Package Hands- Experience in PS Fluid/Dashboard development Strong experience with SQR SQL / Oracle database programming Strong experience with XML Knowledge of Peoplesoft HCM Advanced knowledge of Peoplesoft HR/Payroll table infrastructure and Peoplesoft Workflow Motivated, self-starter with great interpersonal skills to work with distributed teams. Experience in leading/guiding a small to medium sized PS development team.
