Role: Senior Backend Developer - Perfecto
Location: Pune India

Position Summary:
Our team is looking for a top talented backend developer to deliver best server-side solutions. As a key member of a professional and versatile development team you will shape and improve our microservice architecture on a daily basis to provide the leading solution while using cutting edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end development and ownership of the team’s microservices, from design to production
• Solving diverse complex problems of high scale
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to deliver complex products
• Analyze and improve performance, scalability and stability of Perfecto products, environments and tools
• Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies in the everlasting effort to perfect our products
• Lead technical architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Java development experience with passion for excellence.
• Strong proficiency in Java backend infrastructure – A MUST, other similar infrastructure as NodeJS - an advantage
• Experience with large-scale production databases
• Proven experience with cloud services API and infrastructure for backend deployment, as AWS platform or similar
• B.Sc. in computer science or an equivalent
