About this Role: The Estate Care Center (ECC) is responsible for serving as Wells Fargo\'s central group for managing the work and customer experience for families who are handling the asset and liability accounts of a loved one who passed away. The role would require working in a team of Operations Processors to fulfill work type requirement on deceased customer\'s account & meet service level agreement as defined by the business. Beneficiary Services is responsible for reviewing and processing all deceased customer packets and documentation for DDA and CDA accounts. The deceased customer packet is reviewed for missing or incomplete documentation. Once the completed Beneficiary Services form and legal documents are received, review of interest is performed. Services include deposits, payments and ATM operations, global fraud and claims, account reconciliation, wire transfers, cash vault and lockbox services, print and image services, unclaimed property processing, legal order processing, estate care, and voice, email, chat, and social media services for consumer and small business customers. In this role, you will: A Senior Operations Processor will performs a variety of operational tasks for the most complex processes or functions Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems Duties may include - receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed, entering transactions into systems, verifying with accuracy resolving complex customer/client requests using multiple resources and records Preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures Exercises some judgment within guidelines Considered a subject matter expert on operational issues related to process or function Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed Required Qualifications: University degree in Business, Commerce or any other discipline Experience of more than 2.5 years in banking/Financial Services operations Knowledge of ACH Transactions/system & Deposit Products Strong analytical skills with eye to details Strong communication skills both written and spoken Flexible with working in US operational hours i.e. India night shifts Desired Qualifications: Quality-Oriented.
