An excellent opportunity in Patient Facing Shared Services Domain Key role with leading organization in managing larger teams The key responsibilities are enclosed below : Establish and implement long term and short term goals and objectives,policies and operational procedures. Establish compliance in line with department and corporate policies. Manage a team size of 300-400 people. Performance Management of sites as per service level agreements. Calibrate with India/US/PH Partners, RCA and prepping POA. Assigning responsibilities accountable for actions and decisions. Developing front-line managers for internal and external reviews. Managing business updates and publishing dashboards. The Successful Applicant We are looking for enclosed below skills and behavioural attributes in the candidate : Strategic thinking and planning skills. Should have managed a team size of 300-500 employees. Excellent MS Office Skills High Emotional Intelligence Ability to work with cross functional teams and communicate with at all levels. Flexible towards shift and location. Experience in Scheduling, Eligibility and Benefits , Authorization verification and creation at US Healthcare Experience of transitioning multiple sites, on site/off site.
