About the Role Moove is looking for an experienced leader with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be Senior Operations Manager, Product & Tools, reporting into the Regional Head of Central Operations. As a proven result – driven person, the Senior Operations Manager, Product & Tools will be leading the overall product & tools within the country. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the automotive finance, fleet leasing management or car rental industry and a proven track record in developing territories, implementing successful growth strategies and leading teams. The Senior Operations Manager, Product & Tools will be prepared to be fully accountable for all product & tools within the country. In this role, you will dig deep into your technical expertise that make the organization more efficient, effective and amazing. The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager, product & tools within the country who will manage all product & tools projects and tasks within our fleet operations team, and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a street smart, who has deep knowledge in developing outstanding relationships with our driver partners and law enforcement officials. What You’ll be Doing Understand customer needs through research and market data. Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability. Assess competition by comparing products. Create product marketing communications objectives. Work with the partnerships and strategy teams to create product sales strategies. Work with customers and sales to evaluate sales call results. Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management. Review inventory levels and production schedules for product availability. Bring new products to market with return-on-investment analysis. Market new products with sales, advertising and production teams. Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand. Schedule and assign operational requirements to follow up on work results. Continue professional and technical education, attending workshops, seminars, etc. What You will need for this position Bachelors degree in Business and prior experience in product management. People management and customer research. Requirements analysis including pricing and planning. Competitive analysis. Sales planning and inventory control. Financial planning and strategy. Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality. Who You'll Be Working with:
