ABOUT US:
AGRIM is a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India, with 10% of the overall customer universe already onboarded on the platform.

Having closed our Series A round of funding (to be announced publicly in the coming weeks) with Tier-1 investors, we are very well capitalized. Our Founders are IIT/ IIM graduates and ex-entrepreneurs (with successful exits) and we have also built one of the best start-up teams, with senior executives from Tier-1 education institutes, e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Hopscotch, Policy Bazaar, etc. and experienced industry professionals from the agriculture sector.

ROLE CONTEXT:

We\'re looking for a full-time Senior Operations Manager to lead our Operations: someone who can improve and scale key supply chain operations of our business including fulfillment and logistics. It\'s a role crucial to our success as our customer experience is directly impacted by key operational metrics like Delivery TAT, Same Day Dispatch%, Pre Dispatch Cancellation % etc which would be directly owned by by this role.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS:

You\'ll be leading a team charged with entire order fulfillment post order placement to dispatch involving multiple touchpoints , product and data flow with an overall objective to achieve excellence in Delivery TAT.

1. Lead a time size of 8-10 people to drive overall order fulfillment operations

2. Manage entire order flow on internal product (OMS) with 100% compliance to financial SOPs. Build process and data visibility to identify gaps if any

3. Lead data and process initiatives to streamline the overall workflow and drive efficiency

4. Manage and improve daily operational metrics like SDD% (Same Day Dispatch%), % Orders Pending and % PDC (Pre Dispatch Cancellation)

5. Closely coordinate with other stakeholders like Supply, Demand, Category and Finance to ensure timely removal of operational bottlenecks.

6. Closely work with supply vendor partners to ensure timely dispatches by them.

7. Drive key product initiatives, write BRDs and coordinate with product teams to build scalable operational product driven flow

8. Extensively work on data visibility for team as well as other stakeholders

9. Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience ensuring safe, seamless, timely, and cross-efficient operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 3+ years of relevant experience with a deep understanding of scaled-up operations.

2. Must have exposure to e-commerce operations

3. Ability to work on extensive data points and design SOPs

4. Demonstrable experience in working with various stakeholders

5. Top tier Education/Experience (Needed)
