About the Role Moove is looking for an experienced leader with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be Senior Operations Manager, Market Operations, reporting into the Regional Head of Central Operations. As a proven result – driven person, the Senior Operations Manager, Market Operations will be leading the overall market operations matters within the country. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the automotive finance, fleet leasing management or car rental industry and a proven track record in developing territories, implementing successful growth strategies and leading teams. The Senior Operations Manager, Market Operations will be prepared to be fully accountable for all market operations matters within the country. In this role, you will dig deep into your technical expertise that make the organization more efficient, effective and amazing. The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager, Market Operations who will manage all market operations projects and tasks within our fleet operations team, and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a street smart, who has deep knowledge in developing outstanding relationships with our driver partners and law enforcement officials. What You’ll be Doing Develop and implement security and Fraud policies, protocols and procedures. Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses. Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms. Review reports on incidents and breaches. Investigate and resolve issues. Create reports for management on security status. Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology). Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased and timely investigations into allegations of fraud, waste or abuse committed by clients against our company. Review and research evidence/documents to analyze the overall fact pattern of claim and synthesize data into a professional report with recommendations. Prepare and coordinate field assignments to obtain relevant evidence and information. Coordinate and use law enforcement resources for assistance. Manage and prioritize a large and varied caseload effectively and efficiently to achieve positive results.
What You will need for this position
Education in security administration or similar field will be an asset or Bachelors in insurance studies, criminal justice, risk management) or other relevant certification preferred (e.g. Certificate of Insurance Fraud Investigator) or experience as security manager or similar position. Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures. Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis. Working knowledge of MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Committed and reliable. Proficient with the insurance procedures, regulations and investigation methods. Hands on experience with relevant Information System. Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality. Who You'll Be Working with:
