1. GST Compliances for Karnataka & Other States, SPOC for Naganathpura Plant

2. Preparation, compiling & filing of GSTR 1, GSTR3B , GSTR9 & ITC 04.

3. Handling of input tax credit related issues including verification & availment of ITC, RCM & practical applications of provisions, rulings & judgements in this regard

4. Reconciliation of GL with Sales Register and Purchase Register with GSTR2B on monthly basis

5. E waybill related support to logistic department, if any

6. Correspondence with GST/other departments related to issues of GST returns & processes etc.

7. Maintenance of all relevant records & documents relating to the above work as per the statutory requirement

8. Managing GST audits, both Internal & External / GST Intelligence officers

9. Optimization of GST processes, support in system developments for GST processes

10. Analysis of the provisions of GST act & rules on a continuous basis and offering solutions to the queries.

11. Digitization drive in the Department

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of post qualification experience in similar activities
• Expertise in MS Excel & operation into GST Portal
• Knowledge in ERP like SAP is desirable
• Sound indirect tax and Accounting knowledge
