Manager / Sr Manager - Indirect Taxation
Our client is a large business Conglomerate, is looking for its large org in specialist engineering services
To maintain and deliver Indirect Tax support & Assurance to Business & Finance team and integrating various people processes for Optimization they require
Mgr./Sr. Mgr. - Indirect Taxation
Accountability / Scope of work:
1. Independent handling of Indirect Tax function of Multiple businesses in a vertical.
2. Adequate Planning, Risk Assurance and effective delivery
3. Accurate overall Tax evaluation with clarity in Legal positions and due diligence with demonstrable risk assurance with methodical underlying workings.
4. Tax optimization and identification and resolution of probable Tax issues.
5. Effective representation of tax hearing / appeal hearings.
6. Effective liaising with Tax authorities.
7. Transaction advisory and vetting.
KEY INTERFACES :
- External Interfaces Internal Interfaces
- Interface with Counsels.
- GST department/ VAT department.
- Vendors/customers/their CA\'s / Consultants
- With Department heads & business heads.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/SKILLS :
- Education CA with 7 - 9 years of relevant experience
- Command on MS Excel and Power point.
- Work in and/or lead interdisciplinary and/or cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and writing skills.
- Should be a team player
- Should have good analytic and planning skills
