Founded in 2016 by Mukesh Bansal and Ankit Nagori , Cure.fit is a mobile app that takes a holistic approach towards health and fitness by bringing together all aspects of a healthy lifestyle on a single platform. Cure.fit offers both online and offline experiences across fitness, nutrition and mental well-being through its 4 products, i.e. Cult.fit , Eat.fit , Mind.fit & Care.fit with the aim to make fitness fun and easy

Duties and responsibilities-

• Participate in planning, developing, and implementing projects to to effectively manage the tax exposure of the group
• Dealing with technical enquiries from various business teams and advising them accordingly
• Assisting in Business development initiatives and providing insights on the tax implications of the proposed business activities.
• Ensuring compliance w.r.t to payment and filing of various tax returns as required by the statute.
• Liaison with external consultants on various tax aspects as need be
• Ensuring the transactions reflected in the books are thoroughly verified and accounting has been done considering the provisions of relevant tax laws.
• Deal with all registration, deregistration and grouping requests of various
• Providing relevant information and help with audits / notices if any received from various tax authorities
• Research technical issues and present findings and update on recent developments in tax regime.
• Publishing compliance calendars – ensuring all compliances on time and providing visibility to relevant stakeholders

Skills & Qualification-

• Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years of relevant experience handling Indirect and direct tax compliance
