Senior Manager-Performance Improvement and Turnaround-5+ years

Turnaround management and Performance Improvement opportunity for professionals coming from Big 4 Consulting firm with 5+ Years of experience in Performance improvement, Project management, Process Re-Engineering, turnaround management, cost optimization, performance excellence Restructuring, Delivery excellence and client management.

Location-Mumbai/Delhi

Future Employer: - Global professional services firm notable for its work in turnaround management and performance improvement of a number of large, high-profile business.

Responsibilities: -

• Streamlining performances, driving business growth and managing working capital to ensure operational turnaround
• Planning and executing tasks, Identifying and Implementing opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigations.
• Handling project Management, delivery Excellence and client management.
• Responsible for Performance improvement, Project management, turnaround management, cost optimization, performance excellence, Restructuring, Delivery excellence and client management.

Requirements: -

• 5 - 8 years post MBA and experience of working in Consulting experience or industry experience at a renowned corporate in strategy / operations / business planning / cost reduction / sales & marketing / supply chain management / process re-engineering / finance controller / change management.
• Experience of advising companies in turnaround / distress situations
• Experience of working in interim management roles or Experience of working in operational restructuring environment
