Job Responsibility Core competencies, knowledge and experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in scrum master role Knowledge of various tools like Jira, Confluence etc. Knowledge of various metrics like burn down chart, defect density etc. Ability to communicate effectively especially in an onsite/offshore setup Excellent leadership skills. Ability to manage a diverse team Description Role purpose: The candidate is responsible for delivering the project in an agile based manner. His duties include managing timelines, resolving impediments and coaching team members on agile methodologies so that the SCRUM team will be more self-organized in agile ceremonies.The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. The individual will work closely with developers, testers, product owners and other scrum masters.
