Job Objective:

This role is to enable & support GanP to achieve Quality Excellence with benchmark Quality KPI

This role is to ensure QMS requirements according to IATF16949 are adhered & monitored by periodical reviews.

This role is to improve customer satisfaction index by rendering defect free product & services

This role is to collaborate with Development, Central purchase, Manufacturing & other Technical function for operational excellence

Primary Responsibility:

1. To ensure Quality target deployed from PS/QM,ROIN,BU are achieved with tracking , reporting & regular review.

2. Responsible for adherence to IATF16949, PS/QMS requirement with planning & execution of Process audit, System audit.

3. Derive Plant Quality strategy envisioning Defect free products also integrating PS/QM, ROIN strategy.

4. Ensure Safe launch management for relocation projects, Assembly line / MAE, release for defect free & smooth ramp-up.

5. Responsible for continuous improvement in Customer satisfaction index by delivering defect free product, quick response.

6. Develop competency in problem solving across plant with planning of structured training on 8D, PSS, Shainin.

7. Business risk management with monitoring of contingency planning & execution of simulation test.

8. Mentoring and Coaching the Quality team for deriving future strategy, create roadmap considering adaption of new technology, customer centric culture & support towards target achievements.

9. Responsible for review and approval of Quality gates,PFMEA , Risk evaluation, Concessions, engineering change request.

10. Responsible for planning necessary measuring

11. Inculcate Quality mindset to all associates by training at Quality academy, Q initiatives, associate appreciation.

12. Monitoring & steering of Defect cost reduction for plant with systematic PDCA & PSS approach.

13. Operational excellence with implementation of I4.0 solutions ( Data analytics , Digitalization of process )

14. Co-ordinate with IPN plants for P2P quality issues.

15. Planning & execution of product audits to ensure process & reliability of products.

16. To ensure IMTE (Instruments, Measuring & Test equipment) are calibrated, issued to Value stream, tracked & monitored in SAP.

17. Enable Value streams on process conformation by executing periodic check ( In-process, PDI, Dock audits )

18. Discussion with customer senior leadership team during A & B panel meeting.

Qualifications

Graduate in engineering / Master degree,

12+ Years of experience
