- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.- Create a robust talent pipeline through effective talent landscaping and budget analysis.- Lead digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.- Collaborate with HR recruitment consultancies for strategic hiring needs.- Drive leadership hiring and niche vacancies, ensuring timely closures.- Define interview processes, panel compositions, and ensure compliance with TA policies.- Analyze hiring data to identify trends, gaps, and drive continuous improvement.To be eligible for this role you will require:- 14-20 years of Talent Acquisition experience with any reputed group.- Strong expertise in recruitment strategies and talent pipeline management.- Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Work Location: AhmedabadNote: Candidates with prior HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Operations experience need not apply.
