CTC: 40 LPA Fixed + 15% Variables.

This is a Non-Technical role requires minimum 15+ years of experience for Associate Director fitment from structured organizations.

- Looking for an experienced professional for Transformation Delivery Advisor role, who can define delivery operations model and build delivery capabilities.

- 10+ years of demonstrated experience required in Transformation Delivery and Program Management including cost, time and quality aspects.

- Should have strong change management, business transformation, process improvement, operating model standardization, and transformation delivery exp.

- Operating model standardization and transformation through process improvement, automation and centralization to achieve significant cost savings and productivity

- Overall responsible for the assigned transformation programs including transformation lever definition, development and deployment in the target countries in hand with the various functions .

- As tenured individual contributor, engage with senior leaders to define optimal delivery operations model and industrialize solutions

- Delivery business architecture definition to enable scale and reuse Operational

- Solution industrialization Advisory role supporting the solutions teams

- Capture business requirements towards foundational services (e.g data operations, service mgmt., technology operations) and facilitate the setup of those functions with the technology teams

- Transformation program mgmt. incl cost, time and quality aspects
