What You'll be Doing

Directly responsible for deployment of projects on a global scale, including but not limited to new or expansion of client business, internal projects, corporate business segment and/or enterprise level initiatives. Responsibilities include presales support, new business execution planning and/or project scope validation

On a typical day, you'll
  • Develop CI strategies to enhance performance in conjunction with operational and business support leaders
  • Design strategies to improve Client's brand voice and customer retention strategies
  • Devise actionable strategies to improve resolution and reduce customer effort
  • Propensity modelling to deliver insight on customer effort and process /procedure strategies
  • Creation of advanced analytics and insights to support client triggers
  • Special projects as assigned such as Reporting & Analytics, global initiatives, etc for the client
  • Work closely with assigned key stakeholders and leadership team to provide governance and thought leadership on key strategic initiatives for the client
  • Incorporate Digital and Engage products/solutions opportunities into applicable client offerings
  • Build the muscle and education for the Client program on Digital and Engage products/solutions
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Success and Solutioning teams to provide content for RFP/Renewals
  • Participate in Client facing conversations to develop or support proposals that have been built

  • Contact center and/or customer experience
  • 6-8 years leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Possess strong analytics, problem-solving and technical skills
  • PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of Digital products such as AI/Bots, Messaging, etc. Preferred experience with TTEC Digital and Engage products/solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (will be required within 1 year time after hire)
  • Flexibility
Expectations:
  • Will be an individual contributor or a small team will report
  • Must be available to work various shifts including UK hours
  • Travel required from time to time
