Roles and Responsibilities Role: Sr. Manager Trade Marketing Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Marketing Location: Pune
: Lead Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories focusing rural markets Contribute to organization’s goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance Prepare trade promotional plan in designated channels with crucial customers Coordinate and work on promotional events for sellers across the country Provide marketing assistance to the sales team Tracking and monitoring of all activities through proper tracking mechanism Planning and execution of occasion/festival/event-based promos/programs Planning and execution of loyalty programs for Trade partners and aligning them to business goals. Planning execution of Portfolio Model stores Assist in execution of new outlet/town opening plan Vendor management Lead concept and launch of trade fairs, events and local conferences for sellers Job Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in Trade marketing Knowledge of current trade marketing trends, preferably in B2B markets and with promotional mechanism relevant to different customer groups Demonstrated experience in branding and communication activities Understand and manage budgets Develop and implement a plan, and continuously adapt to optimise results Should be comfortable in travelling
