Job Description


Prior experience working in real estate (Mandate project/service provide /aggregator ) firms is required. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment:

  • \xe2\x97\x8f Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for the business unit, fromstrategic planning to attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion ofcandidates.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Build a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources and manage candidaterelationships to position the company as an employer of choice. Sourcing Strategy Execution:
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Execute sourcing strategies to create a diverse candidate pool for management consideration.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct thorough resume and candidate reviews and screenings. Recruitment Lifecycle Management:
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Handle recruitment activities from requisition gathering to sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up until the candidate joins.

  • \xe2\x97\x8f Articulate comprehensive plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process for reporting and metrics.Stakeholder Relationship Management:
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Develop a strong working relationship with Business/Hiring Managers.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Provide advice and counsel on job descriptions and manage HiringManager expectations by deeply understanding business needs.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with hiring managers to understand immediate and futurerequirements, guiding recruitment efforts accordingly. Candidate Interviewing:
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Interview candidates within the framework of position specifications.
\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrate a strong ability to screen, interview, and present an idealcandidate slate within appropriate timelines.
  • Effective Networking:
\xe2\x97\x8f Concentrate on effective networking methods to reach potential
  • candidates through various channels, including internet sourcing, direct
  • mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads, and portals. Special Projects and Initiatives:
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, assessing best practices in interviewing techniques and leveraging internal sources of talent.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • \xe2\x97\x8f MBA with 6-12 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in full life cycle recruitment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience working in real estate (Mandate project/service provide /aggregator ) firms is required.
  • \xe2\x97\x8f Advanced knowledge of various recruitment tools and technologies.
