Maintain Quality of sales by ensuring the Persistency standards of the channel Adherence to the desired input behaviors to drive Sales and Recruitment Periodically Train & Develop advisors for new product launches and communicating any changes in company guidelines / policies. Managing field operations by coordinating with Operations and DSDO for sales and Recruitment. DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Graduate with 5+ years of experience, at least 3 years\' experience in insurance sector Proven record of leading Front-Line Sales in Financial Services, preferably in Insurance Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations Familiarity with skills in recruitment, driving sales and activation KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong relationship building capability Go-getter attitude Result orientation Passionate towards Sales Qualification Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM, M.Com, Location : Surat (ITC Majura Gate) Salary : 5 to 8 LPA
