Responsibilities:

Analyze Sales Data:

Gather and analyze sales data, including revenue, pipeline, and customer information.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the sales process.

Generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Sales Performance Optimization:

Collaborate with sales teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.

Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices.

Provide recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Forecasting and Planning:

Support the sales forecasting process by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer behavior.

Assist in the development of accurate sales forecasts and targets.

Monitor actual sales performance against forecasts and identify gaps.

Sales Process Analysis:

Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales process and identify bottlenecks or areas of improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to streamline processes.

Develop and maintain sales process documentation.

CRM Administration:

Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Generate and distribute regular sales reports to stakeholders.

Provide training and support to sales teams on CRM usage and best practices.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to engineering services.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst or similar role, preferably in the engineering services industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, or data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau etc).

Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
