They work closely with travel agencies, United travel departments, and corporate clients. Job overview and responsibilities The organizational leader oversees a very large team providing shared services support across a range of Sales programs and functions that support United\'s Worldwide Sales Teams. The leader would provide thought-leadership and coaching for their team, extending across Sales channel strategy, analytics, contract operations, sales systems (Salesforce), robotic process automation and direct B2B marketing. The leader defines roadmaps to bridge the gap from current to future state for business, information, technology solutions and process improvements. Leads/Mentors/Guides the development of analysts, developers and support team members. Communicates and collaborates with US based team at all levels of the organization.
  • Responsible for hiring, career development, performance management, mentoring, coaching and recognition of all India based leaders and teams supporting US Sales. Will also assist the Director in Organizational design modifications from time to time as the business needs evolve.
  • Manages the priorities, quality and timeliness of team\'s diverse set of projects, analysis, processes, tasks and deliverables that support a matrix of "dotted line" functional owners across Sales in a shared services environment. Often collaborates extensively across other divisions in order to accomplish these goals.
  • Oversees a team of developers, analysts and support team members that deliver relevant sales process solutions, particularly with Salesforce and with Robotic Process Automation solutions and will be a liaison with multiple IT teams.
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • 9+ years sales operations experience
  • 5+ years of sales operations leadership experience
  • 5+ years leading/managing \'large\' teams in a shared service environment and coordinating work across multiple teams
  • Technically fluent in Sales relevant solutions (e.g. sales analysis, implementation, process, audit, sales systems and direct marketing)
  • Previous leadership and management experience in a shared services environment
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce and Robotic Process Automation
  • Be able to communicate with Sales teams, leaders and other divisions and be adept at juggling several projects and initiatives simultaneously through appropriate prioritization and leadership
  • Demonstrates a broad architectural/functional understanding of overall Sales strategy and be able to guide and align analysts, developers and system administrators
  • Has \xe2\x80\x98Executive Presence\xe2\x80\x99 and can confidently, clearly present to Senior Leadership in a succinct manor
  • Highly skilled coach
  • Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
  • Master\'s degree
  • Lead teams with over 20 employees
  • 2+ year experience in leading strategic analytics, technical and marketing teams
  • 1+ year of experience in Salesforce custom development and/or robotic process automation design
  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce application architecture
