Position Title: Sr. Manager

Work Experience 15-20 Years

Salary Package 12-14 LPA

Qualification: Graduate /Post Graduate (Electronics/ Electricals/Mechanical)

Study of Purchase Order and preparing critical comments.

Site Survey, preparation of drawings, material, civil work, etc. depending upon delivery & Schedule.

Interaction & and facilitating civil works with the help of civil in-charge.

Interaction with factory/ shop/ purchase group for timely delivery of

goods.

Ensure receipts of goods at site and organizing receipts for timely raising of invoice.

Deployment of manpower at sites.

Monitoring work progress at site from start till handling over the site to

clients.

Quality control of site activities viz., civil work, erection, value

engineering etc.

Controlling site expenditure by optimum utilization of resources.

Organizing timely commissioning of the sites by way of arranging

stamping, SAT/ FAT etc. in time.

Liaising between sites and HR department for proper attendance and

timely resolution of issues of site engineers.

Regular liaising with clients for developing Customer Loyalty

Concept.

Organizing training of site personnel for developing right skills by

coordination with factory/ HR Department.

Preparing daily/ weekly site report for appraisal of higher management.

Interaction between Marketing/ Finance/ Client/ Factory for timely

release of payment as per milestone mentioned in PO.

Interaction with clients for after sale service including obligation during

DLP.

Interaction with marketing group for AMC and spare orders.

Attending meetings with customers along with marketing team for

review and site progress.

Control Site purchase for optimizing expenditure.

Rand Development activities including preparation of drawing/

design for product and plaza. Obtain certifications from IIT/elsewhere.

Also obtain Model approvals from Legal Metrology Deptt.

Process up-gradation in factory and site in consultation of factory

operation.

Factory capital investment in consultation with production incharge.

Recruitment of skilled manpower in consultation with HR Deptt.

Any other assignment as decided/ directed by the Management.

Building maintenance, new constructions, balance work, etc.

Estimation of work, drawing developments, finalization of contractor,

handling for quality work etc.

Measurement & approvals of civil works bill

Hire, train and collect daily output from civil engineers / TIPL deputed

engineers.

Site visit for work progress , timely completion , quality of work and on

the job training of engineers

Daily progress report collection , review and planning of execution for

timely completion of work

Handling /monitoring ,work progress , quality of work and progress

review of other civil related activities like Trenching , HDPE laying ,

Chamber Installation etc.

After a stage of above leading, should initiate project execution in terms of hardware installation at site related to ATMS/TMS.
