Position Manager/Senior Manager Incumbent No Department Enterprise Risk Management Function Resilience Specialist Reporting to Abhinav Saxena Band 4 Location Gurgaon HO Team size (Direct/Indirect) 0 JOB SUMMARY Experienced resilience specialist, whose primary responsibility is to ensure that organization\'s ability to withstand and recover from any crisis event incl. cyber threats, incidents, and disruptions. He/She will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies, processes, and technologies to enhance the resilience posture of the organization. A continuous learner who is self-driven, team player and zeal to ensure resilience with knowledge on Information Security and Business Continuity standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Co-ordinate and lead the annualBusiness Impact Analysis(BIA) andRisk Assessmentprograms enterprise-wide Facilitating thedevelopmentanddocumentationofBusiness Process Recovery plans for identified Business units and act as a consultant to develop appropriaterecovery strategies. Work with the Information Technology team to ensure thatdisaster recovery solutionsare adequate, in place, maintained and tested as part of the regular operational life cycle. Plans and coordinates exercises to testbusiness continuity plans, incident management,emergency notification process, anddevelop schedules for training/awareness. Develop Disaster Recovery Plans and Procedures for the processes / functions. Implement recovery procedures in the event of a business interruption. Complete the pre-audit activities and ensuring successful completion of annual external audits - ISO 22301, IRDAI, ISNP etc. Perform periodic reviews and tests of established Business Continuity Plans and procedures. Plan and conduct periodic BCP drills Responsible for interfacing with senior management, regulatory and external auditors.
