JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent will be responsible for end to end management of Renewal Income and Persistency related processes with regards to forecasting, Projection, Automation and Digitization. Knowledge of Renewals/Persistency is a must.

Key Actionable

  • Will be responsible for creation Renewal & Persistency forecasting, Projection of every month
  • Work closely on reports automation and digitization agenda
  • Responsible for highlighting Early warning indicators which impacts the collection performance
  • Analyze data to establish the problem RCA and report on efficacy of implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT for any enhancement/Updation.
  • Drive initiatives in line with company strategy to empower various interdepartmental teams like IT, BPMA and within department
  • Collaborate with various stake holders like IT/BPMA to ensure timely delivery of and completion of various initiatives
  • Consistent follow up on initiatives launched to ensure 100% desired outcome
  • Work with teams to drive collections through digital modes including auto pay collections.
  • Evaluate existing processes and work on gaps through cross functional collaboration.
  • Make necessary improvements in the processes to improve process efficiency, reduce cost, improve turnaround time, etc.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams for various initiatives for timely tracking and closure

  • Renewal Income
  • On Schedule delivery all requirements
  • Contribution in implementing various initiatives and their output tracking.

Key competencies/skills required
  • Must have a minimum of 9-10 years of experience in customer retention department.
  • Knowledge/Understanding of Renewals/Persistency is a must
  • Should be able to analyze huge data and identify the reasons for increase/drop using statistical techniques
  • Excellent in communication, document creation and presentation
  • Good PR skills and able to get the work done from other depts.
  • Growth mindset and self-motivated
