Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Record to Report!

This role will work closely with senior leaders to establish a leadership development strategy and deliver \xe2\x80\x98outstanding\xe2\x80\x99 learning experiences for leaders globally.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for overall direction, strategic leadership in Record to report transformation.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in complex and challenging client environment (diversified org structure, ERPs, business processes)

\xc2\xb7 Strong cross functional expertise, multiyear transformation roadmap required to be executed in RTR which includes COE creation, digital implementation

\xc2\xb7 Having senior person onsite, coupled with strong domain expertise, excellent client relationship will help - Genpact to achieve desired business benefits (upcoming contract renewal/growth, deliver contractual productivity through projects, address change management for operational stability)

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring team performance against client SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and objectives, providing guidance where necessary to close any gaps and agreeing mediation plans to resolve delivery issues

\xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt processes to best meet the needs of Clients and mitigate potential sourcing risks

\xc2\xb7 Develops a joint strategic agenda with suppliers to ensure ongoing performance is monitored and improved, risks are managed & costs are reduced

\xc2\xb7 Successfully negotiates high value/complex contracts with suppliers on behalf of Clients

\xc2\xb7 Procurement process knowledge; understands and executes the Clients Procurement processes, including governance policy and procedures

\xc2\xb7 Has in-depth knowledge of all policies & legislation that impacts on contract formulation; advises the Clients appropriately and seeks input regularly from relevant areas (Legal, Audit, Finance, etc.) seeks guidance where needed

\xc2\xb7 Support Client Supplier Relationship Managers to ensure appropriate supplier management methods are applied to the different groups of suppliers (preferred, multi-category, tail-end, etc.)

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Accounting qualification- CA/ CPA/ CMA/ICWA preferred

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate thorough knowledge of accounting principles, systems and procedures

Preferred qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to clearly communicate ideas and analytics concepts

\xc2\xb7 Impeccable client management skills

\xc2\xb7 Prior exposure to complex work environment

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications
